Raveena Alam is the youngest born to two Bangladeshi immigrants in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1995. She began writing what she thought was prose at the young age of 11 with her friends and her passion continued beyond college, where she studied Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University.

On February 15, 2020, Raveena published her first novel, WONDERLAND, through Kindle Direct Publishing. Currently, she’s working on her next novel.

During the pandemic, she was introduced to the world of screenwriting and went on to co-write a feature film called THE KNOCK. Her short script, WHEN I DESPAIR, has won awards and is a Quarterfinalist in the Atlanta Film Festival. Currently, she’s working on her next short script as well as a feature and keeping thousands more ideas at bay.

When Raveena isn’t writing, she works at a non-profit organization in Los Angeles, California. She also has a Corgi/Chihuahua mix named Ramen, who rules her life.
